Academic performance anxiety can impede your success. It can cause poor grades or even cause you not to attend class or school functions. It is normal to feel anxious occasionally. Try using these strategies to cope with the demands of your coursework:

Self-care. Improve your health and well-being. Are you eating a balanced diet, getting exercise, and enough sleep. 

Learn how to quiet down. Breathing exercises cause the body to relax physically.

Set goals. Figure out the steps for achieving your goal and a timeframe for which to accomplish it. 

Take responsibility. Understand that even though you are overwhelmed, there are consequences for not doing the things.
